SHIPPING/PAYMENT/RETURNS

Please know that I am just an artist, not a big brand.
I take commissions both traditional and digital art, I handle all packing and shipping as well.

Times of shipping may vary on printing and art process (finishing touches etc)

All Orders are shipped by CANADA POST or Chitchats within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving payment (depending on if the art is on stock or it needs to be printed)

I use PAYPAL and other forms of payment.

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

My art store is based in Toronto that means that All US and international orders are subject to clearance by customs which may cause a delay in the delivery of your package as well as additional customs duty charges for the recipient.

Please know that if that happens is out of my control and I’m not responsible for the reimburse of any additional custom fee.

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

ART SHIPPING INFO

All sales are final.

Please think that I ensure all works are safe and properly packaged before shipping, I’m not responsible if your package and artwork arrives damaged/stolen that’s out of my control.

No artwork will be re done or shipped again for free but you will be prioritized as well as shipping if you wanna purchase another piece.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please send me an email to:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
